中欧国际工商学院战略学教授、副院长兼中方教务长，及中国民营企业研究中心主任。张博士在加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学商学院获得市场学硕士学位和企业战略博士学位。他目前在从事中国民营企业、商业环境的不确定性和战略以及内部价格转移等方面的研究。
