Pannel Discussion - “How Female Professionals Can Make a Difference” |
Under today’s intense competition, senior executive positions are no longer dominated by man. Woman leaders tend to afford more responsibilities in organisations, companies, and a wider community. Meanwhile, they are going back to school for either short-term or long-term executive training programmes to broaden their networking, enhance management skills and therefore further their career to next high level.
However, are they getting the most from the school? How woman professionals well balance their life and work? How can they make a difference? On international Woman’s Day, Manchester Business School China Centre invites successful female executives to attend panel discussion.
This Discussion will cover three topics:
How can high degree help woman to stand out and beyond man?
How to use woman’s unique advantages to surf in career?
How to balance your career and family?
Join MBS afternoon tea, you can exchange ideas, ask questions and communicate your own perspectives with the panelists. |
