Prof. Philip Baylis is the current Module Director for the Project Management module on the Manchester Global MBA Programme. He is a highly experienced Business Engineering consultant, specializing in the development of individual and organizational competencies to guarantee effective delivery of high value projects and programs. He has over 10 years’ experience in the analysis of organizational capability, and development of best practice processes and practices. Philip identifies the latest techniques in people management in order to get the best possible outcome for businesses. He has significant expertise in the facilitation of complex interactions at all levels of the organization, from Board level to project team level. |
